UNIVERSITY WORKS UIC SOA Curator: Douglas Garofalo -> Curator's introduction Doug Garofalo, FAIA, is a Professor at the School of Architecture at the University of Illinois at Chicago, and served as Acting Director from 2001-2003. He received a Master's degree from Yale University in 1987, and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame in 1981. His studio, Garofalo Architects, is an internationally renowned practice based in Chicago that produces architectural work through buildings, projects, research and teaching.
