MAS Context has been invited to be part of the Community Reading Room at the A+D Architecture and Design Museum in Los Angeles.
“A+D was established in 2001 and offers continuous architecture and design related programming focused on bringing together Los Angeles’ diverse community. Located equidistantly between Downtown LA’s Arts District and Skid Row, we acknowledge the importance of slowing down and taking the time to absorb the endless amount of information around us. The Reading Room will be a space for these communities to do exactly that. Along with a carefully curated set of publications, we aim to continue to engage the public through conversations, publication launches, and educational workshops.”
The issues featured in the Reading Room are Debate, Hidden, Legacy, Surveillance, and Tokyo.
Thank you to Kiana Quan, exhibitions and publications coordinator at the A+D Architecture and Design Museum for the invitation. For more information about the museum, please visit www.aplusd.org
